Bad phone due to scratches on the case and protective film

Last week I delivered a samsung galaxy xcover 3 (waterproof dustproof) mobile phone purchased from Telstra this summer) today on 30. 10. 2020 comes the news that I can get my cell phone instead of where the toll. Phone problem, put water inside the headphone jack and volume buttons! MTTC The phone refused to be repaired under warranty due to minor scratches on the phone body and deep scratches on the SCREEN PROTECTOR. What the hell after them is part along my protective film if the screen is scratch-free! I do not recommend anyone to buy a phone from Telstra, because there will be no warranty and you will find a reason not to repair even the phone without scratches, etc!
