Bad service, fraud on delivery mode

Ordered goods at amazon. de, with delivery address clearly defined and paid as door-2-door delivery to my home address. Instead, Itella had delivered products to the collection point, however amazon. de after my complaint confirmed in writing that delivery has been paid to home. Telephone call to Itella didn't help, as they have stated “this is part of an agreement between them and Deutschepost, so they can drop off all deliveries at collection point that I have not paid for service and they will deliver after 10 days only if I don't pick up goods myself ”. I consider Itella is saving on fuel / drivers and do not fulfill its obligations, awful service and rude attitude. Will file a complaint to Amazon, Deutschepost,and also people suggested to complain to Finland post (Itella seems to be part of it). Extremely dissatisfied!
