On July 10 this year, I went to the customer online store https: // profit. US (Sia Kasija, reg. No. 40002064010, VAT reg. No..com 400000064010, address: Ganbubu Dambis26a, Longsdale, US-1005) playstation vr + camera + vr worlds (hard bundle) for the amount of 228.00 USD . Searching for information before ordering a playstation vr, I found that 2 pieces were available in stock for this company at the moment. I make an order. Advance payment no. Rff200713 / 92495 (USD 228.00) payer 13.07.2020. The invoice stated that the product will be delivered within 8 - 10 working days, this means July 27. As nothing was delivered, on July 29, I called the company and inquired where my order was left. I replied that the item would be available in a week (August 05). On August 7, I called the company again, I replied that the product would be on August 14. On August 11, I replied that the item would be on August 19. August 12. I send the application for a refund. I explained that the money will be returned within 6-7 business days, it would be August 21st. The money was not returned. I call again on August 21st and 24th. Last time, the information was transferred to the accounts. Today is August 30 - no money. Documents prepared for submission to Ptac and police about fraud.
