Poor service
I ordered a baby cot in October 2017 The order states that delivery is up to 35 days. It took these 35 days to call Optimus. Answer that the manufacturers are not able to make exactly this, offer another option within one week, but if not then wait for 2 weeks and then what you ordered will be delivered. Let's talk that I'm waiting for 2 weeks. The call after these two weeks is answered by the fact that unfortunately the subscribers have not sent out this bed to wait being a week again, after a week the call is again said to have not yet been sent to the main warehouse. After a week, the call says again that it will not be sent out because the producers have some kind of catch and the operator does not understand why I have not been notified. Then after this week I call and say on Monday the car is driving to my city. Today, 13. 12. 2017, the bell says that the flight to Darwin has been canceled. And,that the flight to Darwin will be only next week. Very poor service, recommend choosing another so as not to have such problems. So the order was placed in the beginning of October, but now it is December. Almost three months after receiving the order. In the end, we canceled the order, we'll look elsewhere.
