Please do not trust arco with tracking down paper work if u had a card stolen and used at one of their stations. Customer service and the attention to detail is not present in any training.
Poor service
I ordered some items from the internet on June 28, the official website said it would take 1-2 days with an omnivore (which I also chose), nothing has been received to date. On 2 July, I contacted the Douglas office, where I was informed that nothing had been sent yet, to the question “why? "Answer that you don't know... During the day I will be called back and given an answer, I called again 16:36 no one has already picked up the phone! Many thanks I want to say to the Douglas staff! The holiday gift is gone.
