Communication and Attitude
Yesterday, January 21, we passed the test in the lab. The result was received quickly, after four hours, but I would like to single out the rude attitude of the laboratory technician. I would like to say at once that I understand that the staff is overwhelmed and nervous during the pandemic, but everyone deserves to be treated with respect, not shouting, when they come to this institution. That I also want to add at once that there were no rows (3-4 people). I entered the cab, the laboratory assistant was sitting on the phone. They talked to me very quickly. Before I could answer anything, the next question was already asked. When they found out that we had arrived in pairs and another person went to another booth to take the test, the laboratory assistant started beating the table with a fist and shouting why we did not come together. I will say that the day before I called the laboratory for a consultation and no such information was received. Then the laboratory technician ordered him to sit on a chair. There was a puddle of disinfectant on the chair, but she rushed me to sit down again. Luckily, I saw a roll of paper and wiped the chair. The analysis itself was taken very cruelly. When I said that the analysis was being done very rudely, and this was not my first time handing it over, the lab worker started shouting and whipping up a poster on the wall. I got the impressionthat the laboratory assistant just wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. Before I had time to close my mouth, she drove me out of the office with the phrase "all the best!"
