No trees

Arbor Day, I just got a new renewal in the mail. I did not receive my trees from last year when I signed up. my ref. number is 4947-75** **. So there for I can not rejoin until last years issue is resolved. Thank You Ronda Holub

How do I know for sure that trees purchased in Memory of someone are planted in the forest?

I never received my free trees (10), 0r 2 crapemyrtle bushes, or the other free gifts promised me after my $20 donation

Filled out survey, mailed it in with my $20 donation on 8/15/2019 and have not received what was promised. Either mail me what was promised or send me my money back. Mr. Ballester
