Poor service
Good evening! It has been 40 minutes since the order was paid! In the meantime, already managed to serve other customers who were later on my order! What's the point for a customer to pay for a shipment in advance if the queue is not followed at all ?! The staff did not even think to apologize and did not warn how to wait more than 40 minutes! When I received the shipment, it had already acknowledged and did not put the ordered garlic sauce! Thank you for the spoiled mood and time spent! Even with your competitors, McDonald's, etc., there has never been such a bad experience! Please return the money and explain to your staffthat there must also be some respect for clients and perform their job responsibilities properly!
