Poor service
. I am currently waiting for 20 minutes, although the trolleybus should have arrived 10 minutes ago. I understand that transportation can be delayed due to congestion or weather, but not every time. I have experienced a situation where a tram, which comes every +/- 6, has to wait 40 minutes because 2 trams pass by without stopping. Why are the ticket prices for such a terrible service so expensive? I hope someone solves this problem, but I believe that it will never happen because Oakland traffic on this website has exactly 486 complaints and 0 solutions.Thanks to this attitude, it is much better to go by bike or ski to school in winter in winter. At least it would be faster.
