Time-lapse, rude, incompetent employees
Rude, unkind attitude from employees both in person and over the phone. If you want to know something about your own, as the injured party, the movement of the octa case, you are allowed as a bath broom sheet. The rude tone of the operator - "we have the right to review the case within a month" and all, a dead ball. It's been three weeks, but it feels like it will look last day. In general, there would be a lot to write about the work of this office, but I would recommend one - never insure your car in the bank. I was the first and definitely the last to work with this company.
