Poor Service
Today, 10/31/2019. , I visited the "restaurant" McDonald 's, Melbourne, Merkela Street. This is not the first time that this institution has disappointed me. The workers seem to work, there are many of them, but in line after payment to receive the order, I waited 20 minutes, waiting for my order. In my opinion, this is not normal, the order was not a large, average set, but the staff did not seem to know about it at all. Last time I completely forgot about my order. Shame. At least I would have apologized. It seems like a fast food giant, but unable to serve customers. Intrusive staff, in addition, unable to serve their restaurant, communication skills are low. It would be something to learn from a Oporto. The day is definitely ruined!
