Ridiculous website!! Purchased an item from AquaBliss and received an incorrect one. When I contacted their support they refused to accept anything back and it took me a long time to get what I want. They finally agreed to replace, so I sent the incorrect item back and they said I’ll get a replacement within two weeks....

Poor service
I received a letter that a courier had arrived and no one was home. Although I was at home all day. It was practically impossible to contact them. Probably due to the holidays. After several days, Iella contacted an itella employee. After the consultation, call back by phone. I'm not receiving a call and I couldn't receive my shipment.
