poor service
Hello! 12/02/2020 The order was placed in the online store www.azstore.ca The order included two items: hair curlers Remington Ci5319 and teapot Bosch TWK7601 for the total amount of 49.98 CAD. 12/3/2020 A company representative called me on a cell phone and told me that the scissors were unfortunately not available and would not be able to deliver them. We agreed that if I find any other scissors and want to buy them, then I can place a new order. Sad, but I agreed with the idea that at least the kettle stays. 3.12.2020.I received an SMS with the text: "Hello. Your order no.1236175 will be delivered to the store Port Moody, Cietoksna 60 (shopping center Ditton nam) 14.12.2020. 18:00. You will receive an SMS. Waiting for! I did not receive any SMS on 14.12.2020. 12/17/2020 I sent a letter to [hide] @ azstore.ca to find out where my order went, but I have not received any information so far. Then I decided to go to the Ditton house to find out where my order was delayed. Checking my order number in the store, I find out that my entire order has been canceled and I can't wait for any kettle! Sad, but it was a planned gift for parents at Christmas. The seller also shrugged, offering to re-order the kettle, but the nearest delivery date could be in 10 days, ie on December 27! Is delivery really that complicated if you operate all over Canada? And for you, such an advertisement about delivery within 1-2 days! Why confuse people if you can't provide it! I will not trust your online store anymore and will not recommend it to others!
