The hole was right next to the tooth that the doctor was treating.

A year ago, I was looking for Dr. Rakutu from the Whale Clinic. Sore tooth. The doctor found that the base of the tooth was exposed... put on medicine and had him go home. The pain did not go away, then I went to another specialist who found a hole in the tooth. The hole was just to the side of the tooth treated by Dr. Rakut. I do not know whether I have the right to comment on Rakuta's professionalism, but this situation destroyed any trust in the institution's doctors.
