Quality of care
The real picture does not match the ad. The administration's promises are tempting but empty. Only talking to carers revealed that many workers leave the job and the rest have to deal with both their own responsibilities and those of their missing colleagues. Therefore, the quality of care decreases and attitudes become sloppy. Our father lived in this place for only a month and a half, and passed away for carelessness. Clothes regularly disappeared, even though they were marked. Employees explained that the elders were walking around the rooms and changing clothes (hard to believe). Many of them are able to walk on their own, but they are moved from place to place in wheelchairs, resulting in impaired walking ability. Employees explain that it is faster and more convenient for them to move everyone in a wheelchair than to waitwhile slowly the old men go by themselves. Our dad repeatedly mentioned that he had fallen to the floor several times during the night, and only after a long time did the on-duty staff come and help him get to bed. The staff explained that he likes to sleep on the floor, but it sounds incredible. There are no cameras in the rooms, so you can't see the real situation. As a result of this attitude, Dad fell ill, was taken to hospital, where he was diagnosed with pneumonia, was no longer able to help, and quickly passed away. If you love your old loved ones, let them live at home if possible, or choose another care facility. but it sounds incredible. There are no cameras in the rooms, so you can't see the real situation.
