Bed not delivered on time
27. In May, in the salon OR furniture I ordered a bed "Anna" and a mattress "Klasyk". I could not pay with the card, so I issued an invoice, which I paid in the Internet bank the next day. The saleswoman in the salon said that the bed and mattress would be ready in 3 weeks, but it is very likely that it will be sooner. After 3 weeks the call to the salon says it is not ready yet, there is only a mattress yet. On June 26 (almost a month has passed), I called PATI again and asked what was going on with the order. I received the answer that the bed and mattress are ready, we can pick up ourselves or use the services of their suppliers, which cost 25EUR. We agreed on June 27 and their delivery at 16:00 to the door of the house. 16:15 call the salon and ask why it is delayed and how far it is. The operator stated that the driver had discovered a defect in the bed and took the bed back for repair. No one even thought to call and say that there will be no waiting. Offered to receive only a mattress, but the bed in a few weeks. A pillow and a deep apology were offered as compensation. I said I wanted free shipping. We talked to have me free shipping and a bed on July 2 (they'll call). On July 8, I call myself again, saying that the bed is ready, but free delivery cannot be provided because it is done by another company. Give in to that free pillow. I negotiated a shuttle bus on July 11th. We go after it, it turns out that there is only a bed at that address, but the mattress has to go a little deeper in Uptown (Pales 14). It is a pity that no one warned... We went to see the "underground" company without any indications. I waited for the mattress and we were finally on our way home . I ordered the bed on May 27 and received it on July 11. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible attitude and empty promises. [hide] @
