warranty repair
I bought a 1a.info tablet in March. It broke in July. I took you to the 1a.info office for warranty service in August. An act was issued against it, which also states that the product is not kept for more than 30 days (they interpreted that it is 30 working days, although the Consumer Protection Law says that it is 3o calendar days). A month goes by, no news. Call to find out, thank you for calling. Delays. This has been going on for two months. When you call, you promise to find out who's on the case and call back. I don't call. I wrote an application that if unable to repair to return the money or a new product instead. They sent a reply that they had received the love, but that was the end of it. I have not seen either the product handed over to my service, nor a new one, nor instead of money - for more than two months! Each time I am asked to name the number, so that you can call back (as if it were not a guarantee in the papers and in the application). Asked to send papers confirming that 2020. Where they put those papers there is no idea! Needless to say, promised to call back, but since I sent silence.Soon there will be three months in a circle...
