Failed to understand
No real complaint, just a little smile about LoanBank's attitude :). I am applying for a small lease, I have chosen the desired repayment term and amount. In the questionnaire I indicated the whole truth. After about a week and a half (after the application has been submitted), the phone rings and I am asked if this application for leasing is relevant. I say it is. And then to start- considering that my credit history is ideal, has a job, and meets all the other requirements, I am told that after "their" apr "I don't match that 'ideal' customer because I see my reported income doesn't match what they can accept." Of course, income on paper is not the same as every individual cell, which is not uncommon today.Claim or, indeed, after my bank account statement for 6 months, do they feel that I live only from what is indicated on the paper? The answer made me sad- so I was asking the employer to increase the amount written on '' paper ''. Ha! As if they were really checking it out! If you had called to work, I would know first. So- LoanBank only serves the letters in the application, figure out a pile of regulations and in the end if a person still complies, then figure out something to save. I submitted my leasing application to another institution, which contacted me after 30 minutes and concluded cooperation. Because LoanBank does not want to understand the current situation, but prefers to believe lies that others can write in the questionnaire and then complain that so many customers do not meet their credit obligations. Reason to smile about this institution :).
