Poor service
I was waiting for a shipment from the UK that I didn't receive either. When I contacted itella I was told that the package had been sent back because there was no tel. and e-mail and therefore could not contact me. My question and my name and surname on the shipment are not enough information, I received an answer that no. Asked if the courier has been at this address at all, I received a murmurous answer that the courier had problems with the code door and does not know yet, needless to say that there is no code for the door and I am at home all working days. No info sheet was left either, I conclude that no one was at my address at all.
