Misleading about the existence of a product

Online store 1a once again deceives. This time a very related product is offered at an extremely tempting price, but it turns out to be a hook. This product is not available and continues to maintain its inaccessible status.The story is that stopped working adequately old work machine - laptops. Served for a long time. I decided to invest in the right tool to keep up with today's technological developments and not get old so quickly. I chose the Lenovo Y50-70 series model. The specific order is quite salted - 719USD. But the cheapest among all offers. Whole 20% discount. I have to order it 24.04. I saw that promises to be in stock 08.05. Quite long, but nothing. You have to start working in another week. However, when the long - awaited date arrived, the delivery date suddenly changed to 11.05 (in the middle of the holidays). Well, nothing. Patience grows roses. Not quite yet. Unfortunately, this date continued to change, promising to arrive every day the next day. I received a message every time that it would help me to choose an alternative if I was not satisfied with this date. Of course, I take this opportunity. Even with the initiative I wrote to 1a service, offering an alternative for an identical product that differs only in software. As it is not a bolted property, it is quite easy to move and change. I was told that this was utter nonsense. Okay, understand the policy with suppliers. However, no alternatives or compensation for waiting were expected. Offered only to wait, send another product, or ask for a refund. Well, being an optimist, I waited another day, but did that change? No! Just kept repeating. I calledI asked if there is a solution to my problem. I was told to write an email because of discounts on the phone. (the student has as much money as there is. You can't pay twice as much for a product that is almost equally worth it, but without a discount). I hoped there would finally be a solution, but all I learned was that the Lenovo Y50-70 series models (ALL) already have the MAXIMUM discount. I received these answers quite quickly, but I still have to wait for a real solution to the situation. Sad. We blame the suppliers, even though we can calmly deal with the alternatives that are available, but no, it is just a waste of my time. I believe that 1a is a responsible and customer-oriented company that can handle situations. Unfortunately, so far it has only been with patient digging in public. I really wishso that we do not have to go so far and it is self-evident for employees that the situation needs to be addressed in real terms, not just giving up on excuses. Well, catching lies is easy. One employee says there is an official Lenovo supplier. Another will argue that there are several suppliers, everything is so terribly complicated. But maybe the goods are not there at all? According to what the hell, consumers are being misled by offering an inaccessible product, moreover, by imposing the largest discount among the offered models. However, it is not possible to offer an affordable price for an available product. But deception manifests itself on several levels. This can be seen even in the middle of the version of the model I am interested in. Basic prices vary even more sharply than the big discounts offered. The bigger the discount, the higher the price. Because a computer with a 4k monitor is definitely 100 dollars cheaper, than the same iron set with a full HD screen. It's a little absurd, isn't it? So I sit and wait for an answer. Paid, disappointed, and with a little hope of starting a productive next work week.
