01. 07. 2020. At 16. 45 very rudely refused to serve the brunette with dyed red hair on the tail in a blue shirt (probably a service manager). Before I was served by a man, I came to the box office, but she told me very rudely and with contempt - at the box office next door! Nothing that I stood for a while and at the second box office was already a row of three people? Couldn't immediately tell you to go to another box office? Couldn't knock out one position? Could not say with a smile and politely? The tables were also very dirty and the order was issued without a smile - a service manager, such as the other employees. Very unprofessional service.
