Reception incompetence

Registration involves a Kitova who is completely incapable of communicating with patients. Shouts at visitors and refuses to perform their duties. She is so uneducated that she does not even know that it is her duty to stamp the disabled assistant's visit page. Launceston polyclinic takes so much care for the well-being of the disabled that they have installed a disabled parking lot as far as possible from the entrance. There is nothing for disabled people to do in the clinic...
