13. 07. 2020 at At 14:00 I had an appointment with the oncologist Mia Smirnova, which unfortunately does not end yet. The situation is that, unfortunately, I arrived in 15 minutes. The delay, when the doctor called in the office in a very unkind tone / screaming, immediately started blaming me for the delay, of course I apologize for saying that I traveled by public transport who had a delay, so I missed not being allowed to continue, stopped me with a text sooner, I replied that it was already faster to get here on time, but the person was bad in the transport, while time was waiting for the ambulance, and for that reason I was late, even though I left on time, to which the doctor replied that she didn't care who had stayed there,I was very shocked that there was such an indifference from the doctor to the person who needed help, and that I believe that this is quite a justifiable reason for delaying the appointment, and I already apologize for the delay! Of course, after all this, the doctor told me, I did not continue my visit to this doctor, got up and went out of the office, if this is the attitude, then what will be the treatment.
