Terrible service
I ordered a mattress in early September. Well already October 10th. So it's been a month, but I haven't been to my mattress either. I paid the full amount on the spot. The service staff (who was not professional at all) promised that the mattress would not have to wait more than 3 weeks. Three weeks is a lot, but I was at peace. Within three weeks, no one called me or informed me of the status of the order. Of course I called myself. It should be mentioned that it is almost impossible to call their offices! Sometimes a filter is used - to lift for those who want to order, not to lift for those who have already placed an order. However, when I finally managed to call them, I was treated unkindly, in the background I hear people talking about the fact that they have no idea what the order is. So how can it? The handset tells methat find out all the details and call back. Of course, no one calls back. The same scenario the next day. Surprisingly, however, I found out that the order was "allegedly" fulfilled. I say I will need delivery. It costs 15. 00 AUD... well, what's with that, you want a mattress at home sooner! I am told that I will not be able to deliver today because the company has to make some huge deliveries. Talk to you on Monday morning. On Monday morning, of course, no one seems to know. I call, I write text messages (because that's my reminder - if we don't answer, write in a text message, we'll call you back). I didn't call either. You know, I also have something to do, not so sit at the phone and gossip about some abnormally unprofessional body, get dressed and damage my nerves. I HAVE NOT HAPPENED TO THE MATTRESS SO FAR.
