I want to draw your attention and be careful. Specifically about Dormeo. This week I bought a top mattress, which should come with an anatomical pillow + bed linen as a bonus. The package came - the top mattress is, the bed linen is, but the pillow is not. I turned to Dormeo for help. As a customer, I was waiting for support and a solution to this situation, but what I got instead are insults. Dormeo - "The pillow is pre-packaged on the mattress and he can't be there", they don't even consider the possibility that the pillow is missing - I am automatically considered a fraudster, and they still recommend - "if you want to buy a pillow for another sleeper, you can do it when placing an order on our website "- Seriously? I have nothing to do, how to cheat pillows? What I would suggest to you to protect yourself when buying Dormeo - film the process of unpacking and show everything inside in front of the camera, because otherwise you will end up in a situation like me. I can't even return the kit because the kit is incomplete. I'm very disappointed and will never buy anything from Dormeo!
