So I lived with a calm heart until I received a warning letter from the debt collector - about the Internet debt and as if I would not return the router. I called for debt collection, explained the situation, but I was told that the debt would have to be paid only, the reason was that such serious companies would not ask for money either. I should not go to the Telstra office, because the case has been transferred for debt collection and there is no more Telstra problem. There is nothing you can do - you have to pay. However, I went to the office in Ostmala Rimi and asked for explanations. The lady stared at the computer for a long time and finally told me to leave - everything was settled. I didn't apologize.
