I bought a 1a.info tablet in March. It broke in July. I took you to the 1a.info office for warranty service in August. In return was given an act stating that the product is not kept for more than 30 days (they interpreted that it is 30 working days, although the Consumer Protection Law says that it is 3o calendar days). Call to find out, thank you for calling. It lasts for two months. When you call, you promise to find out who's on the case and call back. Do not call back.I wrote a statement that if unable to repair to return the money or a new product instead. They sent a reply that they had received the e-mail, but that was the end of it. Well now I go through the whole process through CRPC, I hopethat someday I will get money from them and I will not buy anything there anymore. But every time I even ask me to name the number so that I can call back (as if it was not a guarantee in the paperwork and application).
