No TV or internet connection for 3 months
I'm shocked. For the third month in a row, Bauska Optus's customer service center promises to come and connect a TV and Internet decoder, which they promised to do within a week 3 months ago. I have approached the Bauska Optus branch several times with complaints about not connecting to the service and receiving astronomical bills. The owner of the Optus branch justifies saying that by writing a repeated application for connection of the package or by signing on behalf of another person. So now you have to pay 26. 00eur per month for unused services, already now the total bill for payment is almost 60. 00eur for nothing. Sometimes I have to pay for the fact that these decoders are just standing in the closet and slowly closing. To terminate the contract requested 140. 00eur for what? I don't even know that. This is the highest measure of a rather popular Australian television institution.
