The bill I have already received from the creditreform course. It was written that I am in debt now to Latt. and asked me to immediately refund this bill. I was insanely surprised when I start reading where and what was connected to my data. It turned out that there was once an address connected to the latent telecom service, and in the EU I am now in debt and has become a "blacklist" of nothing at all.
