This whole system is annoying. From the beginning, you had to buy premium decoders, but then you still think about making all the pay channels. Well ok. Optus is not to blame for the pay channels (Tv3 and LNT). The most annoying thing is that the price is the same as in the whole of Australia, although the quality of service in Latgale is not even half as good as, for example, in Brisbane. The range of channels is three times smaller and, in addition, there must be a contact antenna to show something normally! Why then can't normal transmission systems be set up in Latgale, if everyone pays the same price, only the quality of service is different? Why pay the same price for a semi-finished product here?
