"Gifts" for a fee
I invite all those to whom Optus offered a free "gift", promising to remind you of the free expiration date, to apply. and not doing so, taking advantage of the fact that the customer forgot to call and deactivate this "gift", billed for that gift the following month. To the questions why the "gifts" service was not switched off automatically, I have been trying to get an answer for several months - as far as I understand, hopelessly. Ready to go to court and call others who have similar issues.
