Five boxes in the Ukrainian embassy, no staff to provide advice,,,, do not answer phone calls, phones ring in one calling employees indifferent. When I asked out loud if anyone would turn to me, a mamzele with a very dissatisfied tone appeared, which I wanted. Should this be the attitude?
