Poor service
The phone needed diagnostics, so I went to the Lmt Customer Center with the idea that they would pick up the phone, take it to the service and tell them when to pick it up. As well as give the phone a place to use while mine is in service. At RopaZhu Street Lmt customer center, I was given an address to which I should bring the phone for diagnostics. I was surprised that you have to do it yourself, not lmt, but that would not be a problem. Take the phone to the service around 15:00 for diagnostics. Everything was fine with service until I asked when it would be possible to get the phone back. The employee confirmed that he will be able to get today until 18.00. It was necessary to get the phone today, because it will be needed during the holidays, and there is no other device on the agenda to take away. So, with the idea of getting the device back,telephone toll. Then I waited until 18:00, there was no message from the service. I realized that there would be nothing. The working hours are indicated on the website until 18.00 and on the door in the center of tsc also written until 18.00. Suddenly, at 19.00 I receive a message from the service that the device can be received at the tsc service. I called the only phone listed to make sure I could actually drive. I only expected a response from the answering machine to communicate on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. I called 2 minutes late. I'm really happy with this situation.
