Violation of sanitary standards

The ward has not seen a cleaner for 3 days, no need to use boot swabs in hospital wards. When asked to clean the ward, or give me a broom to clean after myself, you get the answer: "or, what's there, don't worry!" Then I thought - do you really need to clean the hospital wards on average once a week?
