Controller John Strickis
Yesterday at around 18:30, trolleybus no. 3, on his way from the Center to Sarkandaugava, Controller John Strickis showed a high degree of disrespect for an honest passenger, his unprofessionalism and inadequacy to this profession. In short, the situation was as follows, the controller entered the stop''veles Street. I had to climb one stop after the device in the street. While the trolleybus was standing waiting for the green light, the controller caught 3 young people standing next to me, finding that all 3 were running without tickets. A standard conversation ensued, in which Mr Strick never mentioned that the young people should pay a penalty or be held liable for the offense. It turned out that a man is simply afraid of these young people. We arrive at the Ieredu Street street stop, the door opens, needless to say, none of the 3 young people were even allowed to leave the transport, but the controller blocks the road without allowing me to get out and demands a ticket. I show the e-ticket immediately (! which I always register!), hoping that Mr. Stricka will check it quickly and I will be able to get rid of the transport. However, it will appear to Mr Strick that no explanation has been given as to how to deal with the ticket inspection device (or did it in a special way). The door closes as long as he is not dealing with the appliance. I asked if he was really caring for me, the controller roughly responded to the wait. Needless to say, I drove the temperature in the house and hoped to get to either the pharmacy or the bed sooner. But the door closes, Mr Strick behaves rudely, my agreement for the driver to open the door, so I can get out (because I didn't break anything) the controller ignores it. The trolleybus starts to run, Mr. Stick gives me a ticket saying that you see everything is in order and, as if nothing has happened, starts moving on. Seeing this dishonesty and disrespect for an honorable citizen, I have a number of passengers on my side. I demand that Mr Strick show his supporting document, but he also rejects this request. As I mentioned, the passengers start defending me after reluctantly pulling out their ID card, trying not to let me take it, forcing their picture with their finger. I posted an e-mail to the traffic of Longsdale, refusing to hold Mr Sticka accountable, because I had to be back in the cold with a temperature of about 20 minutes, although I could still be home. I am waiting for their answer, although knowing the attitude of this organization, there is nothing to hope for!
