Poor service
I am very unpleasantly surprised by this bank. A year ago, I issued a payment card to myself as an individual, a couple of months ago there was some money movement in this card account, but in the last months the card was not used at all. Two weeks ago I came back to the phone with a text message that I have to pay the bank almost USD 30.00. Of course I don't understand what, because like I said, this card is not used at all. I was in the hospital for a while and forgot about this message until a day ago I received a repeated message with a warning to pay this amount, otherwise I would be involved:) When I contacted the bank, I was told that it was a card fee. 30 USD-serious? :) :) LoДЈiski, that this card and account will be locked and no cooperation will take place with this bank in the future.
