not delivering order
I'm very unhappy. When placing an order, paying the security deposit, I expect a call after the 2nd week that the order is ready. But nothing - no news. In the 3rd week call itself... they can not find the order from the beginning, at the end of the call back offer two options, or after a month there will be delivery, or return the security deposit. So the result after 3 weeks - I am at the beginning, without a bed, but with the desire to buy. Of course, even without apologizing for the inconvenience. I do not recommend to any of them what to buy, only disappointment about the services provided.
