Fraud, poor customer service.
I was taken to the new 4G internet modem internet as a test for 14 days in early 2020. After 14 days it was automatically extended as a paid service for 20eur per month and after 24 months the modem became my property. Now that I've worn out this internet for 18 months and paid all the time, I was lost in the modem when I came and asked to block my lost modem and give it a new site so I can continue to use my connected service said it can only be done must pay 15 AUD. 5eur new sim card and 10eur modem. Now looking home, I smeared a 3G modem on the 4G internet. The modem was not taken back,but demanded either another 72eur (full amount) for the lost modem or just keep paying 20eur for the remaining 6 months for the internet which i can't use because there is no modem. It seems to me to be too much to overpay, because I have already worn out for 18 months, so I offer to pay the difference for 6 months directly for the modem, not the Internet, but I don't understand or want to understand anything in the Telstra customer center. Serves poorly and is unable to answer the questions asked, is unable to offer any solutions at all. But a 3G modem on 4G internet + 15eur + 72eur can be squeezed out very well!
