Terrible customer service, taking the TV to repair 2 weeks of time the master doesn't have time to watch and send the repair costs. When I call his phone I give the master a phone call to talk to the master himself. When I ask for the opportunity to speak to management, there is no such opportunity. If you want anything, you need to send an email. I don't recommend editing anything there.
