Fraud, non-refund
We have ordered electrical goods through this i-shop. When calling us, the employee Inga Borka-Putnina demanded to make a full prepayment, accepting that the product will be delivered within 7-10 days. When receiving the money agd.info disappeared, no one called and often did not pick up the phone, did not answer e-mails. Nobody brought the product to us, we filed an application for a refund to their office. We have not received the money so far, although the employee Inga has promised to return everything over the phone, well, although all the conversations were recorded on a dictaphone. Today we will file a complaint with the CRPC and the State Police regarding fraud.
