http://www.la.org/vai-2-grupas-invalidam-pienakas-pavadonis-2 / I would like to complain about traffic in Oakland and traffic in USA in general! According to this information, as of 1 January 2018, disabled people in groups 1 and 2 will be accompanied by a transport attendant. Only the traffic in Oakland knows absolutely nothing about it. It was said that the internet was just my home. So what exactly is there?! Looking forward to your comments and hope there is no solution to this misunderstanding! Joan
