poor service

Today I bought a Vodafone mobile internet (with a Huawei modem) at a Telstra store for a claim seller or I won't have a problem if I have a Macbook pro 2020. I got the answer that there should be no problems. So far everything is ok. I went home and did everything according to the instructions, connected the modem, popped out the driver car installation, forced to install, but nothing. I'll try another 5x again than. I call them to find out where the woman answers and started telling me about my problem, I say that I have osx 10. 11 and all the other problems. She tells me to click on the "My computer" icon, I repeat to her once again that I don't have windows and that I'm using mac osx and as a result she just drops the phone without warning. I call again, answers another woman. I repeat my problem again and this woman is already very responsive, but nothing can help because not wearing a computer specialist and what to do do not know and say that without giving a guarantee that this device will work on my computer so I will try on another. I say that they sell the same computer in their store to which I answer that it can't help. I'm pretty clumsy because I've been a customer of their competitors (AuMobile) for years and AuMobile always helps me with such things. Of course i won't carry the computers permanently on you, so understand that the driver that comes with this device is outdated and you should go to the manufacturer's website to find a newer driver. The problem, of course, is that there is no internet. I walked around the apartment until I caught my neighbor's wifi and drove the driver, installed it and everything worked. I just understand that Telstra is a bad service if you can't help with such a basic thing. If I bought this modem, for example, my mother would hardly know what to do in such a situation and the money would be paid, the service would not work and customer service could not help.
