Animal Health Center Criminal treatment and money laundering

In my experience, however, I considered it necessary to write a complaint / reflection on the operation of the veterinary clinic. "Animal Health Center" in Longsdale, Candera Street 4, specifically doctor - Olita Vecuma-Veco! So I have a German Shepherd - 3 months. Given that the day was approaching when the dog had to be taken to the last potty, I signed up for feedback at the above clinic. Unfortunately, due to a silly coincidence, the dog had swallowed a small cat toy mouse a few days before the vaccine, I contacted another vet clinic where he was told to see what the dog will have, if there is constipation, then you need to go to the clinic, if everything is fine, then everything is fine. The dog was fine, but a day and a half before the vaccination, diarrhea started, but by the time the dog was taken to the pot, the diarrhea was over, although the Candera Street Clinic had already been warned that the dog HAD diarrhea. When we went to Candera Street, we were greeted by the first doctor - I will not call my surname - but from the very first minutes I got all the good reviews in the air, looking at the expression on the face of this doctor. But at least she asked who and how, looked at the dog, etc., It is true that the dog will not be vaccinated, but he will have to make an X-ray, where he will not be able to see the mouse, and then will have to give a contrast agent and the next day will have to make an X-ray again. The question of why the first X-ray should be done was not really answered, but well. I want to add - that there were no complaints about the dog's health - he eats, drinks water, plays, normally went to the toilet both on the first day and the next day.normally went to the table both on the first day and the next day.playing, normally already went to the tolete both on the first day and the next day that followed. The next day was the Uniqueness of everything - already when we went to this clinic, we were met by veterinarian Olita Vecuma - Veco. And then miracles started - I don't know if they have any special training courses, but this woman's face was even more terrible than the previous ones! Absolutely no interest at all, simple mechanical actions and dull texts! The dog was collected, taken for X-ray and instantly attached to some system. I was informed in a dull text that she suspected, yes, suspected that the dog had either some kind of inflammation or a congenital pathology - as if the intestinal enlargement, which is not treatable, the dog will not grow, he has poorly digested food and will have to be put to sleep. But she doesn't know anything yet, she has to take medicine and tomorrow again, for the third day in a row, come to the X-ray, the system and then look. But unlikelythat it is an inflammation, most likely a pathology. All this was presented with absolutely no interest. No further explanation, vnk thrust the medicine into my hands and told me to come again. I tried to ask some kind of meaningful questions in shock, no matter how much they came to me, then it was followed by so-called dull answers with such a gaze that in general, with what rights do I allow myself to be asked. Basically pay money and keep your mouth shut. May all civil servants forgive me, but it is written on her face - a civil servant, unhappy and dissatisfied with life, and as it turns out as not, really a vet expert of the Ministry of Agriculture!as much as they got to me, it was followed by vnk dull answers with such a gaze that at all with what rights do I allow myself to be asked. Basically pay money and keep your mouth shut. Basically pay money and keep your mouth shut. May all civil servants forgive me, but it is written on her face - a civil servant, unhappy and dissatisfied with life, and as it turns out as not, really a vet expert of the Ministry of Agriculture! So the dog was grassed, he had a catheter when I took him home, he lay down all day, of course, and then I aroused a great deal of anxiety, because I had a serious suspicion that I was being chakra, because there was no evidence that the dog was sick. Looking at the medicine I was given in the evening, I concluded that I had been given medicine for CHRONIC CONSTANCY, although I told her clearly that the dog had diarrhea one day and was fine. Logically, no medicine was given to the dog and the third day did not follow - because I was not ready to take my dog again for x-rays, all kinds of feeding procedures. On the same day I signed up with another veterinarian and after 3 days I was already with another veterinarian. I am really pleased and have to say a huge thank you to this vet for enlightening me, that such a pathology is in principle found in cats and very old dogs, but rarely. At the moment, the Dog has recovered for a week, he is already vaccinated and lives happily in the summer house. Having experienced all that nightmare in this clinic, I hope that this veterinarian will not have to work there for long, unless the clinic itself has a milking parlor. Although both the administration and the veterinarian's assistant, the young guy, were utterly opposing, really responsive and kind people. But everything else that was experienced there is a very good lesson!
