Warranty Repair
I returned the computer for warranty repair (the battery lasted only 20 minutes, although the computer was only a year old). I gave it to Lattelecom (Tet) service center, but they already to ServiceNet. After 2 weeks, the foreman called and said that the battery was dead, and this was not a warranty case, because the battery was "consumable" (question to Lattelecom why they did not immediately warn that the battery is not covered by the warranty, but well). The repair cost 100 dollars, I refused. Asked to pay money for diagnostics. I paid. I gave the computer to another service. It turned out that with the battery everything was in order, it was necessary and remove unnecessary programs and update the computer. What diagnostics do I pay for? And they wantedto pay 100 dollars for a working battery? Spoiled the attitude towards himself and about Lattelecom (Tet).
