Fraud, extortion

I'm a bee customer, I picked up the phone, it broke, the trail warranty hadn't expired went to the bees I suggested that I go to mttc for mobile phone repair in the future, which is their partner, so I would be faster, either I get the phone, it doesn't take a week when the phone breaks down again, I bring it to mttc because And here begins the most interesting, mttc employee accepting the phone warranty for repair, announces that if it will not be possible to perform warranty repair will pay 15 dollars for diagnostics?! It's a nightmare, and then I get a message on Saturday night that I can't make warranty repairs. And if you want to continue cooperating, then at the moment the repair would cost 39.99 dollars, but it would bring the final price, the answer to go beans, because I came to them only because the warranty is still due, and right next to the service requires 20 dollars for repairs.
