I place an order in the Optimus.org online store for the purchase of a computer chair (approximate purchase amount 110 dollars). I immediately made a transfer from one Swedbank account to another. I received a message that a courier will contact me shortly to clarify the date and time of delivery. I waited all 5 working days (the website states that delivery to city centers is up to 5 working days) and nothing. I wrote, I asked what happens when I can wait for my order and I received an answer that the store has contacted the courier and the courier will call me on the 8th working day after placing the order. Well do nothing. I wait another 3 days. I have already arrived in the middle of the day and I have not received any messages or calls from the courier. I write to the store again, explaining the situation where I am again told that the courier will contact me in the near future. It will take several more hours and no news. After trying again, contact the store - finally the phone rings. But there - "hello, I'm here for that chair. You know I can't deliver it to you no sooner than next Wednesday. " Write to the store again. I want to get back the money I paid almost 2 weeks ago. These send some kind of document so I now write the submission that I want from these. Within 10 minutes I write, sign with an e-signature, but the answer from these is that maybe in the next week it will probably be deducted from my money. Then, when the courier has provided them with that chair back (no idea where and what he has been doing with that chair all this time, and knowing his pace, it could take another 2-3 weeks. So terribly bad experience with this company and, of course, I urge people to be careful and better choose some more serious companies, if there is a desire to really receive your product and on time and not be made a final fool and without furniture and without money.
