I signed up for permanent makeup and said that there would be a vacancy in 2 weeks. Exactly two weeks later I called and called to come the next day, being free time all day, I checked in at 14:00. I come to LaChplesis at 35. 13:45, the entrance to the office, there full of girls, I tell them that I make an appointment at 14:00, the girl closest to answer, to temporarily out a little, will soon come a teacher. So I waited in the waiting room for exactly 2 hours, needless to say, no one invited me to sit down. I also didn't know where to look now, the "waiting room" was more like a classroom with benches. So I stood there for those 2 hours, other clients came in at 15:00. Finally the teacher comes out and says that I will have to leave because there will be no time.In addition, another customer had only signed up this morning, I waited for two weeks, but for them the attitude towards the customer is simply "super", I have to send away exactly who has been waiting the longest, not others who have just arrived and just signed up. During these two weeks, he would have gone to another salon a long time ago, but no, these are still ruined all day, without saying in time that they have a chakra with notes and will not have time to serve all customers. I do not recommend anyone to go to this training salon if you do not want to damage yourself all day, as well as nerves. Better right away to a quality salon where you know how to work with clients!
