Breaks down every year cost me alot of money

Paid close to $7000.00 for the unit worked fine for a year then it’s cost me money every year since unit is 4 years old. Parts breaking no parts available. Just a piece of complete and utter junk. Not happy with my supposedly superior system

I got a new American standard heat pump and handler in 2016. My townhouse only uses electricity. My bills are twice as much as adjoining neighbors. My system runs every 5 minutes on auxiliary heat.
