Poor service

Customer product 27.06.2020. Promised as the product will arrive within 10 working days. Delivery date has changed several times. Pretend to be a bad supplier. I call, I ask practically every day. At the end of August, the measure of patience was full and I would return the money. Also the money was not returned on the promised date. It continued until September. I finally recovered the money on September 14, two days after I had written the application to the police.! I don't know what's going on for them there, but there's nothing wrong!
