Poor service
I bought a computer in the RD Elektronics online store as it turned out to be later not equipped with the Microsoft software program, calling on the same day for about 1 hour after receiving the item and the store I was offered to buy Oficce for 59.90, but if I had immediately sent with the computer then it would cost 29.90., so I can buy the present only by paying double, probably that I myself carefully read the product description.. the receipt of the goods I was told that the issuer will be able to safely use the computer, I am not a specialist in this area so I was surprised that it is not so, and take full advantage of your purchase is not possible. It turns out that the purpose of RD Elektronics is for a person to sign a contract (which was also reminded to me many times by a telephone operator) and to use a person's mistake or negligence in order to make money from it later. In my words, this is not the first product purchased in this store, but probably the last one, judging by the attitude of the store-the reaction of the operator was indifferent. Think for yourself.
